Our Summer Concert Series kicks off with a special performance by Calvin Turnbull — musician, engineer, and gorgeous storyteller through sound. Known for his soulful melodies and intricate guitar work, and captivating wordsmithing, Calvin blends heartfelt songwriting with rich musical textures and unforgettable stage presence.
This is a cabaret style listening event — a place for original music to be heard and felt and for community to unite. Ticket includes a glass of wine and nibbles.
Steven Bates

Around here, Steven Bates is known for filling rooms — high-energy roots rock, virtuoso guitar, the kind of set that gets people on their feet. He's shared stages with musicians from Van Morrison, the Byrds, Frank Zappa. He grew up on this coast. He knows how to play a crowd. The NAHARA Courtyard Sessions brings out something different showcasing Steven's original songs, no covers. When the space is small and the evening is quiet, you hear what's underneath — the lyrics, the depth, a gorgeous voice and a guitar bringing a tenderness that gets lost in a noisy pub. This is the version of Steven Bates that doesn't come out very often and it is absolutely stunning. Only twenty-five seats, and not to be missed.
